ESI Technologies have been building bespoke Temperature Control modules (TCM) for the Chemical / Pharmaceutical & biotechnology industries for over 25 years. Our Engineers will:
- Review application and advise
- Agree equipment specifications
- Provide budget prices
- Finalise specifications and price
- Agree footprint
- Compile Equipment list from mechanical / instrumentation to controls
- Issue 3D drawings, showing equipment orientation / serviceability
- Attend sign-off meetings
- Provide full control systems from classic I/O to full PCL options
Once approved we will then build the Temperature Control Unit, providing constant progress updates and facilitate review meetings. The units will then be tested and signed-off before shipment to site
Full documentation packages will be submitted with the system in hard copy and on-line via the ESI Technical Portal
