What are the main advantages for working for ESI?

As a small company you have the opportunity to take ownership and see projects through from beginning to end.  Small companies tend to be less formally structured and more flexible, allowing employees to wear many hats.

  • Development- We recognise that our future success and long-term growth depends on the development of our employees.  Our training policy ensures in-house training is supplemented by external courses where necessary. In so far as possible, training in multiple disciplines will be encouraged so as to maximise flexibility of skills.
  • Remuneration – ESI offers a highly competitive and attractive compensation package with regular bench-marking done to ensure we reward and recognise those high performers within our business.
