HIS KF Series – Vacuum Components
ESI Technologies Group offer the HIS KF series of vacuum components. It is the modular family of small specialty flanges, elbows, tees, crosses, and bellows having interface dimensions defined by the International Standards Organization. The flanges are secured by a clamp acting on the outer flange surface. The letters KF are often used to describe the system and denote the “small” series. KF is derived from “Kleinflansch”, German for “small flange”.
Using HIS vacuum components offers several advantages, including a complete line of fittings, quick connect and disconnect capability, leak-tight performance, cost-effectiveness, and adapters that allow easy integration with other flange series.
