Sales Manager (UK)

Based in our Cwmbran office and reporting to the Sales Director, this newly created senior management role supports all commercial operations of our UK business.

Responsibilities include managing the internal sales team, supporting the external sales team, providing commercial and technical guidance, and collaborating with customers, suppliers, supply chain, warehousing, HR, and finance.

Technical Sales - Pump & Vacuum Division

Based at the Cork headquarters and reporting to the Operations Manager, this role focuses on providing technical and commercial support for pump and vacuum systems (including Centrifugal, Positive Displacement, Magdrive, Vacuum Pumps, and Heat Exchangers) across the Irish and UK markets.

Key responsibilities include preparing tailored quotations, offering expert product advice, meeting KPIs, and ensuring compliance with ISO 9000 and health & safety standards, while contributing to overall team goals and operational excellence.

Administrator – Customer Service & Support Department (12-month Maternity Cover)

Reporting to the Business Unit Leader of Customer Service & Support, this Cork-based role involves providing administrative support and processing sales/purchase orders across all divisions.

Key duties include order verification, liaising with supply chains, managing reports and documentation, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with ISO 9000 and Health & Safety standards. The role supports team KPIs and requires collaboration across departments to meet business needs.

Field Service Engineer

Based at the Cork headquarters and reporting to the Operations Manage, this role involves the inspection, repair, assembly, and testing of process control equipment—primarily valve-related products—both in-house and on customer sites, occasionally requiring overnight stays.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, producing repair reports, operating workshop equipment, maintaining tools and assets, meeting service schedules, and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015 quality and health & safety standards.
