Our Documentation Controllers ensure that every document is accurately logged, meticulously compiled, and delivered on time. Documentation Management
Control and Organization: Our Documentation Controllers are responsible for managing documentation for both ESI Technologies and Process UK business. This involves logging all customer orders requiring certification (through our portal/vault) and full documentation packages (through our customised documentation tracking and compilation software).
Vendor Document Schedule (VDS): Issuing the VDS to each customer ensures that documentation requirements are clearly outlined and understood from the onset.
Compilation and Delivery: They ensure that documentation packages are logged, compiled, and provided to customers in line with required due dates, achieving milestones throughout the project duration.
Digital Coordination
Electronic Documentation: Our Controllers review and approve AI-uploaded documentation in electronic format to ESI Docs portals and/or customer portals manually as required. This ensures easy access and streamlined communication between our team and our clients.
Performance Monitoring
KPI’s and Reports: Running documentation-related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and customer reports as needed ensures that we maintain a high standard of service. Controllers also manage the documentation record management system, a computerised quality system tracking tool, to maintain accurate and detailed records of customer job files.
Compliance and Relationships
ISO Standards: Adherence to ISO 9000 Quality and Health & Safety procedures is paramount. Our Documentation Controllers ensure compliance with these standards in all their activities.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Building relationships and working in partnership with all divisions and departments within ESI, as well as other cross-functional teams, is essential for seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
