Amazon Filters SupaSpun II

Amazon Filters’ SupaSpun II is a precision graded density filter element that is a further development of the already well-proven absolute rated depth type filter. Produced using an improved manufacturing process.

This high-performance cartridge excels in dirt holding capacity and gives extremely low clean pressure losses as a result of the strictly controlled manufacturing of the fibre matrix.

The SupaSpun II fibres are blown continuously onto a central support core, with fibre diameters control-led to produce different pore sizes throughout the extrusion process.

Maximum support is offered ensuring that high void volume is maintained but with increasing fibre density towards the cartridge central core – therefore resulting in true depth filtration.

Sterilisation & Sanitisation *1
- Steam:
  - 121∘C for 240 Cycles of 60 minutes each.
  - 135∘C for 8 Cycles of 30 minutes each.
- Hot Water:
  - 90ºC for 30 mins (0.2 bar ∆p max) *1 Applies to single open end cartridges only. For all steaming and hot water applications, the Reinforced Polypropylene End Cap option must be used (PP Only)
