ITT Habonim TuBore 48G Series Sanitary Ball Valve

The 48 TuBore™ lines are ITT Habonim’s sanitary ball valves for the Biotech industry. The standard, highly durable stem seal for all TuBore™ valves is ITT Habonim’s patented HermetiX™ stem seal, made solely from FDA-approved polymer materials, the HermetiX™ stem seal enhances productivity and safety by virtually eliminating leaks, shutdowns, hazardous spillage, etc.

Because the TuBore™ valve port diameter is identical to the tube’s inner diameter, no expansion or contraction can take place inside the system resulting in full drainage and no traces that could cause contamination. The TuBore™ line excels at maximum flow capacity and minimum pressure drop and provides low-torque tight shutoff. The TuBore™ series is grouped into three geometric designs according to the ASME BPE, ISO 1127 and DIN 11850 tube dimension specifications.
