The Rosemount™ 708 Wireless Acoustic Transmitter offers a intuitive approach to monitoring critical equipment. With its external ultrasonic acoustic event detection, installation is swift and cost-effective, eliminating the need for intrusive pipe modifications.

By accurately communicating acoustic level and temperature data, as well as device data, event status and leak detection, the transmitter provides valuable insights into the condition of steam traps and pressure relief valves (PRVs). This data, transmitted via the WirelessHART® network, empowers operators to make informed decisions based on real-time information.

Optional Steam Trap Monitor software further enhances the transmitter’s capabilities by providing comprehensive analysis of steam trap conditions, energy consumption, and emissions.
