Amazon SupaCell Lenticular Filter Modules

Amazon’s SupaCell lenticular filter modules offer a compact, self-contained liquid filtration solution utilising proven filter media technology. Each module consists of several ‘cells’ made from high-performance depth media manufactured from cellulose fibre and filter aid encased in polypropylene.

SupaCell modules containing activated carbon for applications where purification of process liquids is required are available.

Amazon’s SupaCell modules offer all the advantages of traditional sheet filtration, but in an enclosed format eliminating product loss and protecting the operator and production environment from contamination by process liquids.

They are easier and quicker to change out minimising downtime, cleaning activities, and maintenance costs. They are suitable for a wide range of applications as either final filters or prefilters.

The heavy-duty non-woven polyester scrim provides improved resistance to damage from backpressure and improved backwashing capability. The scrim also provides prefiltration before the depth filter medium
Supplied pre-assembled units that are easy to install and change out – minimising operator costs
High strength design and pre-compression to help ensure trouble-free filtration

All polymeric materials used in the construction of SupaCell Modules meet the requirements for food contact use as laid down in the United States FDA Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Title 21.

Matrix, Spacers, End Caps & Sealing Ring: Polypropylene
Scrim: Non-woven polyester
Fixing Straps: Stainless Steel (Alloy 22 available)

Hot Water: 80°C for 20 minutes (30 cycles)
